old man on the stairs

I live in a house in Tinicum Township Pa house was built in 1889 we've been here for about 10 years once in a while when its really quite we hear foot steps up stairs and doors open and shut nothing real loud or scary, one night me and my son were home alone down stairs watching TV when the dog sat at the bottom of the steps looked up and started barking, my son got up real quick went to the steps looked up and snapped a picture what came out was what we call the old man on the stairs..
