The Mansion itself

when I was just a little girl, my parents agreed to become the new caretakers of the Mansion and soon after strange things started happening. When I was in my playroom I would often hear a little girl giggling and then objects would fly around the room. Also, my parents would always leave the bathroom light on when we went to bed. One night I saw the shadow of a man in 18th century dress casted in the light the shadow walked towards my parents door and disappeared. Also at night when I was in my bedroom I always felt like I was being watched. I would also always feel like someone was under my bed. Furthermore at night after my parents went to bed a little girl would come in my room and sit and talk with me. I never got her name but one night I asked if she was the same little girl playing with my toys she answered yes. One December my grandmother came from Georgia to visit us she stayed in the guest room. At 12:00 a.m. she heard scratching on her window like an animal or someone scratching the window with their fingernails. She was so terrified she slept with me for the rest of the night. As we were leaving the house for the final time a couple years after, I looked up to the window to see the face of the same child who had been my friend this entire time she waved goodbye smiled and disappeared.
