On some nights when there is a bright moon you can see a man walking his small dog down couchlantern st. in Scarborough, ME. numerous people have reported seeing and hearing his mourns and cries late at night while walking their own dogs. there is a path on the east side that he likes to dissapear into only to walk his dog the next night.
