2013 UPDATE: The complex has since been remodeled and they now have a museum onsite with artifacts belonging to former patients as well as some of the medical equipment that was used during the history of this sad place. I took the tour and it's creepy enough without ghost stories, especially when you see the lobotomy equipment and constraints once used on patients. There is a noted heaviness in the air and you feel like you're being followed as you look around the museum. It isn't a very large place but you do need to take your time in order to see all of the items on display. There's also currently a Cuckoo's Nest exhibit with info about the film as well as one or two of the props that were used.
