Not sure if this is a dust orb or what...

Ever since this picture was taken and I noticed that big orb (or whatever it may be) above a friends head on the left, I looked back and found alot more in other photos. Always in the same area of the house. I really dont know, and would appreciate some feed back on what you guys think. Thanks!
