Caught by matt spencer in boiler room. AKA.... the hole. Same room were zach from that show ghost adventures caught an evp of a voice that said "ill kill you". At first we heared a scary growl and then footsteps. It was a cold night in march of 2005 when my brothers Mike, Terry, and I caught one of the best shadowman pics of all time. If you can try to zoom in on the head and u will see a skeletal like face.

commenting on the picture that matt spencer supposedly took in the hovel. the picture was taken but there were no grawls or noises at the time it was taken. the reason being is because I took it and he is taking credit for it. he and his brothers were there but didn't take that picture.

This ghost is creepy and scary. Its one of only three shadowman pictures ever taken at moundsville prison. I've know of two that r famous and this is the newest.
