Todd Hall originally an all girls dormitory was run with an iron fist by Jessica Todd. She raised the young women to be strong and independent of men. With her death years after she retired from the school, her ghost is spotted in Todd Hall. Although no longer a dormitory, Todd Hall is still used as the schools Psychology building. Men especially feel very uncomfortable in the building, which is said to be Jessica's spirit not allowing them in. Men were not allowed in the women's dormitory when it was build. Many people have felt uneasy within the building and staff rarely stay in the building alone at night. From personal experience I don't even like walking next to the building with the 3 story giant and many windows, I always feel as though I am being watched.
