Here In Tarpon Springs Fl.is a place called the Tarpon Turtle now (Billy's Tarpon Turtle}.It has a few stories of its own. Two weeks ago a friend took a few picture of the place.In the group of photos was this one. Photo glitch? Or maybe more ?
