I used to live here from 2007-2009 and had several unsettling experiences here.First,the smoke alarms in the building would go off at all hours of the night and day,with no smoke or fire being present.Several times there was smoke in the hallways,but when the fire dept responded they said they had no idea where it was coming from.They had checked every apartment in the building and still could not locate the source.There were a number of times that the hallways would smell like sulfur,and me and my friends smelled this sulfur smell in my apartment several times with no explanation,as none of us are smokers and none of us even had matches on us at the time.There would sometimes be strange bangings and poundings on the walls and ceiling,yet I lived on the third floor with no one above me and the apartment next to mine,on both sides,were vacant when this happened.Many apartments in the building were vacant while I lived there,and remained so during the time I lived there which I found strange.I have never lived in an apartment building that was always so empty,and I was often one of only about twelve to twenty people that lived in this very large apartment building during the time that I lived there and we're talking about an apartment building with at least 50 apartments in it,almost all of which were always vacant.Whenever someone would move in to one,they almost always moved out in just over a month,with no explanation being given.But some told me rather hair-raising stories about things they'd seen in their apartments and even in the halls of the building,the building's laundry room (which is always cold and always gave me the creeps),and on the grounds of the complex itself.Once a priest even came there to bless the building who was contacted by one of my neighbors.
