Deamon in Meridan Ks

My sister and I rented a couple of bedrooms in Meridan Ks. The house was new and the owner was a retired lady by the name of Mrs. McLucas. She was a dear person.. I was a Freshman at Washburn University and my sister was a teacher at the local high school.

after being there a couple of weeks I kept getting the creepy feeling, no reason, just creepy. Several times at night I felt something was outside my bedroom door. Very evil feeling would overcome me and I would pray God to send an angel to guard me. One night I was alone. Mrs, McLucas was out on a date and my sister was at the high school at a basketball game.
I had a big test to study for so I was in the kitchen at the breakfast bar pouring over my books. All of a sudden the hair on the back of my neck stood up and something told me that thing was coming up from the basement. I went to the game and didnt say a word to my sister. Just that I was tired of studing. That night I woke up it was at my door again. I could see it in my mind. It was about 6 Ft tall, had the face of a gargoyle, red and blue with big white teeth and scales like a dragon. It had hooved feet and a tail. I never prayed so hard in my life. My angel saved me again. That was in the middle 60's. Years later my sister and I was talking and she said that was the most evil feelinf house I ever knew. I hated the basement. She advised I had this horrible dream one night there was a deamon at your door and she described the beast I had seen in my minds eye. I told her what I knew and thank God he took care of us.
