The old tunnel located by the Dam is said to be haunted by numerous amounts of deceased homeless people looking for shelter. When wandering through it, myself and three other friends saw shaddows of crawling "people" and heard scratching noises. It's also known for being an illusion, when outside the opposite end apears to be in close range, however when traveling through the hole begins to appear futher and further away.
