Just a few nights ago. I was sound asleep, when I was awaken by my Father-in-laws voice, calling out the name of my wife and talking to her. My wife was sound asleep in an adjacent bedroom and snoring up a storm. Because of her snoring I was sleeping in the front bedroom. I jumped up from my bed, turned on the bedroom light and rushed into the other bedroom to find my wife still asleep. I didn't expect to see my Father-in-law as he has been dead for more than 15 years. I was in a state of shock. This was the first time something like this has happened to me. After he called her name multiple times, he said that she should not live her last years of life like he had lived his. He was sickly and bedridden the last six months of his life but previously he was always a happy go lucky person, a great guy who would give you the shirt off his back. His voice was other worldly and he sounded sad. The same week other things have been happening in the house. The door to the bedroom where he had died opened and closed by itself. My wife found an apple laying in the middle of the kitchen floor. And the cushions on the sofa were arranged in a tee pee configuration. My wife thought that I was doing these things. Today she accused me of throwing her hair brush on the bathroom floor. I just hope that we don't have any more visits.
