Bragg Cemetery right outside of Ft.Stewart, Georgia

My husband and I went out by the river landing to Bragg Cemetery in Ft. Stewart a few months ago. I seen a man standing outside the cemetery in old looking clothes a week earlier when we were leaving the area and he disappeared once we passed him. I just had to go back to check it out some more. It says that the cemetery has been there since the Civil War. The second we opened the gate I got a really cold chill throughout my body and we both heard a strange noise like a child crying. I thought maybe its from a house near by, then I realized the nearest house is a good 10 miles away.
We stepped in and the first grave we saw belonged to a 1 year old child who probably died from yellow fever or some sickness. The crying and whimpering got louder and louder as we looked at this child's grave. The noise sounded as if it was coming from the corner of the cemetery, then we heard footsteps walking threw the leaves go from the other corner of the cemetery to where the crying was. As soon as we heard that we left. Not even 5 mins later my husband had a burning feeling on his neck, just one spot was really red and extremely warm. The next day it was a little swollen, still red and there was 6 little black dots in a circle right below his ear.
We're still not sure what that was from..
