There is a house on Hwy 26 south of the graveyard. It used to be a boarding house. It is now a rental property. The front rental has a black shadow of a man that walks thru the house. The aura he emits is very mean. There is also a red glow that comes from one of the bedrooms in the downstairs of the rental. This apparition was seen by my daughters and by myself on many occasions. We had many bad experiences happen to us when we lived there and only lasted in the place for 6 weeks. The couple who lived downstairs from us lasted there about the same amount of time due to erie happenings to them and thier young children. Bayard itself is a rather creepy town especially at night. I could tell many experiences that we had in that town that just were unexplainable.
