A face In the grey shade on the pillow

Hi I took a photo of my room after I painted it a few days later I was looking there the photos and noticed a face on my pillow. I am trying to find out why would it be there and it is on the pillow I sleep on. I amnot scared but I toss and turn ever night could this have something to do with it.
